Terms of Use — Grace & Core

Last updated: 2026-11-02

1. The provider and scope of these terms

These terms of use (the "Terms") are entered into between Grace & Core (the "Studio") and you (the "Client") in respect of booking the Studio's classes, purchasing its passes and buying tickets for its events.

You can reach the Studio at: address: Budapest, Andrássy út 42, 1061, email: hello@graceandcore.hu, phone: +36 1 785 2210.

The booking and payment interface is provided by the Plenimo platform; however, the service is provided by the Studio, and the contract under these Terms is formed between you and the Studio. By registering an account, booking or purchasing, you accept these Terms.

2. Account and eligibility

Booking and purchasing require a registered account. You must provide accurate details and keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. You may use several studios with the same Plenimo login; these Terms cover only your relationship with the Studio.

To use the service you must be at least 16 years old. The Client is responsible for ensuring that their state of health permits participation in Pilates classes; if in doubt, seek medical advice before participating.

3. Booking and attendance

Classes may be booked subject to available places and to the pass/credits you hold. A booking becomes final when the system confirms it. Certain class types may carry participation requirements (e.g. equipment selection, reformer), which the booking interface indicates.

If a class is full, you may join a waitlist; if a place opens up the system notifies you and you may be given a place according to the waitlist rules.

4. Cancellation and lateness

A booking may be cancelled free of charge within the cancellation window set by the Studio; the applicable window (e.g. a number of hours before the class starts) is shown at booking and in the booking interface. If you cancel within the window, the credit used is returned.

For cancellations after the cancellation window has passed, or for non-attendance ("no-show"), the Studio may treat the credit as used and not refund it. The Studio may, at its own discretion and as a matter of goodwill, depart from this in individual cases.

The exact cancellation terms shown at booking prevail; this section describes their general framework.

5. Passes, credits and validity

Passes and memberships include a number of credits and a validity period corresponding to the type purchased, as indicated by the system at purchase. A credit is deducted at booking and returned on cancellation subject to the rules in these Terms.

Expired, unused credits are, unless stated otherwise, non-extendable and non-refundable. Passes are personal and non-transferable unless the Studio expressly permits otherwise.

6. Event tickets

Besides its classes, the Studio may hold events (for example workshops, outdoor classes or retreats), each with its own date, place, capacity and price. A ticket is personal, admits one person and is non-transferable unless the Studio expressly permits otherwise. The price is the amount shown on the event when you buy the ticket; for a free event you reserve a place without paying. Online, tickets can be bought by card (see section 7) until the event starts, while places are left; the Studio may also sell tickets at its premises, paid in cash, by card terminal or by bank transfer.

If the last place is taken while your online payment is being processed, or the event is cancelled in the meantime, you do not get a ticket and the Studio automatically refunds the amount paid, in full, to the card you paid with. If you pay twice for the same ticket, the Studio refunds the second payment in full in the same way.

You can cancel a ticket bought online, a complimentary ticket or a free place in the app until the event starts. Each event's refund terms are shown on the event before you buy, and the terms in force when you bought the ticket apply to it: either no refund, or a full refund until a set time before the event starts (for example 48 hours or 7 days before). If you cancel a ticket paid by card by that time, the Studio automatically refunds the full price to the card you paid with; depending on your bank, the refund usually takes 5–10 days to arrive. If you cancel later, or the event offers no refund, the price is not refunded. Once the event has started, you can no longer cancel the ticket. The Studio may also cancel your ticket at your request or under section 9; if it cancels it for any other reason, it refunds the full amount paid.

A ticket paid at the Studio (in cash, by card terminal or by bank transfer) can be cancelled only by the Studio; to cancel it, contact the Studio. The event's refund terms apply to such tickets in the same way, and the Studio pays back any refund itself.

If the Studio changes the time (start or end) or the place of an event after you bought your ticket, you are notified and may cancel your ticket for a full refund until your ticket's refund deadline, counted back from the new start time, and in any case for at least 48 hours after the Studio tells you of the change (even if the event offers no refund), but never after the new start time. A later change does not shorten the period an earlier change gave you, except that it always ends at the new start time.

If the Studio cancels an event, every ticket for it is cancelled and the Studio refunds the full amount paid within 14 days of the cancellation: a card payment automatically to the card you paid with, a payment made at the Studio directly to you.

When you delete your account or leave the Studio, your tickets for events that have not yet started are cancelled. Within the ticket's refund deadline a card payment is refunded and the Studio gives back what you paid there; after that there is no refund.

Events that include accommodation (such as retreats) are organised by the Studio, which is responsible for them as their organiser; where the rules on package travel apply, the rights they give you prevail over these Terms. Plenimo only provides the booking software and is not the organiser of any event.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are the amounts shown in the booking/purchase interface. Card payments are processed by Stripe Inc.; the Studio is the merchant of record for the payment. The Studio never sees or stores full card details.

For purchases, the Studio issues invoices as required by law. The processing of personal data is described in the Studio's privacy notice.

8. Withdrawal and immediate performance of a service

Pilates classes and the Studio's events (workshops, retreats and the like) are leisure (recreational) services tied to a specified date or period, to which the consumer right of withdrawal is generally not applicable under the relevant legislation. The specific cancellation and refund rules are set out in sections 4 and 6 above and in the terms shown at booking or when buying a ticket.

9. Client conduct and Studio house rules

The Client must observe the Studio's on-site house rules and the reasonable instructions of the instructors. The Studio may refuse or terminate participation in the event of conduct that endangers the physical safety of others or the orderly running of the service.

10. Liability

The Studio provides the service with reasonable care. The Studio's liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law; this section does not limit liability in cases where the law prohibits it (e.g. damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or damage to human life, bodily integrity or health).

11. Termination and account deletion

You may leave the Studio at any time (Account → Leave this studio): the data held here is erased, and your Plenimo login and your other studios stay as they are. You may delete your account at any time in your account (Account → Delete my account) or via the Studio using the contact details above (address: Budapest, Andrássy út 42, 1061, email: hello@graceandcore.hu, phone: +36 1 785 2210). What deleting the account means for your event tickets is set out in section 6. The Studio may suspend or terminate the Client's access in the event of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms.

Termination of the contract does not affect the statutory retention of invoices already issued.

12. Amendments

The Studio reserves the right to amend these Terms. The version in force at any time is available on the Studio's website, bearing the "Last updated" date shown above. By booking or purchasing after an amendment takes effect, you accept the amended Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and the Studio's service are governed by Hungarian law. Any disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the Hungarian courts. In the case of a consumer dispute, you may also turn to the conciliation board (békéltető testület) competent for your place of residence.
